Many churches and faith communities have experienced the collective and often unspoken trauma and pain points of, on one hand, abuse of power in church leadership, and on the other hand, the need for performative leadership. Without examining the crucial and dynamic gift of Christ’s spirituality of weakness, our own leadership is constantly threatened by power.

The Spirituality of Weakness Learning Hui is a 4 week virtual training on 4 key vantage points on Christlike weakness and its effect on us as both disciples and leaders.
